MD Candidate
Boston University School of Medicine

Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellow
University of California, San Francisco

Policy Analyst Intern
Office of Policy and Planning

Andrey started Future MD in 2009 to pass down his insider knowledge of the admissions process to hard-working and high-achieving premeds. He worked for The Princeton Review for three years as a premed advisor and an MCAT chemistry and biology instructor.

Currently, Andrey is conducting pediatric research as a Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellow at University of California, San Francisco. Concurrently, he is volunteering as an intern at the San Francisco Department of Public Health where he is creating a health report card for the city of San Francisco.

Andrey plans to train as a pediatrician. For the past three years, he has done research on HIV in children and whooping cough. He hopes to combine his work in pediatrics with global health. In 2005, Andrey served as an intern at the World Health Organization and since then has been actively involved in the non-governmental organization, Health Systems Action Network.
